Supper Club at Sculpture by the Lakes – Saturday 15th September 6pm – 11pm
Sculpture by the Lakes September supper club will celebrate the wonderful selection of seafood and fish that is available locally, along with fruit and vegetables from their own kitchen garden. Their cuisine philosophy is to try and source all ingredients locally or grow them themselves and to create dishes around nature and the seasons.
Arrival from 6pm for a complimentary glass of Prosecco and canapés; there will be time for a quiet wander around the lakes and gardens before sitting down to dinner at 7.30pm for a wonderful five course tasting menu.
Tomato and Crab Consomme – A rich and clear tomato broth with local crab and vegetables from the garden
Pan Seared King Scallops – Smoked ham hock, popcorn puree and lemon oil
Rainbow Trout from our lake – Pan roasted rainbow trout, boulangere potatoes, fennel and ginger salad and mussel veloute
Cheese and Biscuits
Vanilla Cheesecake and Roasted Rhubarb
