Sally & her good friend & chef Jo, will be demo-ing shellfish tips and sharing recipes and ingredients used in the menu throughout the evening.
Hand selected wines are a definite must for this seafood adventure!
Caroline & Mark of Morrish & Banham will be offering fantastic wine & fizz to purchase by the glass & bottle throughout the evening, carefully selected to compliment Sally’s seafood and served by Caroline, on-hand to chat to about the wines chosen for the evenings seafood adventure wine list.
Three courses £39
Arrive to a selection of shellfish canapés,
served with a glass of fizz.
Then take to the trestle table style dining, passing round a medley of seafood in big pots of eg; Bouillabaisse and Moules Marinere.
Plenty to share and get stuck in with your friends.
Lots of fresh crusty bread to mop up those delicious sauces
Napkins at the ready…white shirts at your peril!
To end the seafood voyage, a trio of desserts.
