We’re proud to have been invited to work in partnership once again with the team at Abbotsbury for this year’s Abbotsbury Food Festival and recently met with the team to discuss 2020’s event. We have confirmed the date for Saturday, 11th April and early bird booking is now open.
The Festival will once again be at Abbotsbury Sub Tropical Gardens. If any of our members are interested, and would like to trade at Abbotsbury, then please complete and return the booking form emailed over to you on the 9th January. Deadline for applications is Friday 31st January 2020.
Once we have received your booking form and supporting documents, we will select the widest choice of producers to showcase the variety of Dorset products. If we have too many duplicates (of products), we will take into account; your location, if we haven’t been able to offer you a pitch at other events and the order we receive applications. We are aware that some members may not have been successful in trading at other events in the past 12 months, so will ensure decisions are as fair as possible.
We will let you know if you have been successful after the deadline of the 31 January. If successful, we will invoice you for the full amount, and ask for your usual documents (public liability and risk assessments).

Spring Tide Food Festival 2020
Organised by the National Trust, this event takes place at Hive Beach Burton Bradstock near Bridport.
Confirmed dates are 16 -17 May 2020.

Tank Museum – Bovington
We’ve been working in partnership with the Tank Museum on a new event for Christmas 2020, so one not to miss!
The events team are keen to hear from DF&D members interested in participating in ‘Christmas at The Tank Museum’ on the 5-6 December 2020 as well as other popular events including Tiger Day & Tank Fest.
