The Wobbly Cottage is an artisan micro bakery based in the lovely village of Broadwindsor at Broadwindsor Craft Centre in deepest, darkest Dorset run by Husband and wife team Richard and Dani.
Our speciality is long fermentation Sourdough bread, made using traditional methods over 48hrs and simply incorporating the finest flour, water, salt and of course, our beloved starter.
We have a constantly changing line up of cakes, pastries and confectionaries as well as our distinctive Jams, pickles and chutneys all made from our bakery using local, seasonal produce and made in small batches to ensure freshness and an ever-evolving line up of goodies to tempt you.
You can find us in our Bakery which is open 5 days per week, at our weekly Wednesday Market stall in Bridport and at various events and Festivals.
Our bread is also supplied to cafes, hotels and restaurants in the local area.
We are very proud that we have won Taste of the West Product Awards, 1 gold each for our Pumpkin Seed and Polenta Sourdough (2017) and our Olive Sourdough with the Olive sourdough going on to win Champion in class in 2016. We also won silver for our Raisin, Fennel seed and Orange in 2017.
