Sozages was founded by Steve, an Australian chef and together Steve and wife Janessa, also a chef, make the sausages locally.
They love sausages, so they are producing them with British pork and chicken combined with exotic herbs, spices and fruit to create flavours from around the globe.
Sozages are without artificial additives and food colourings and are packed into recyclable aluminium trays and cardboard sleeves.
