Together with his wife, Janessa, also a chef, the pair create sausages with British pork and chicken flavoured with exotic herbs, spices and fruit to create taste sensations from around the globe.

According to Steve, Sozages is the product of a life-long love affair with the Great British banger. Each one is made without artificial additives and food colourings and are packed into recyclable aluminium trays and cardboard sleeves. Steve and Janessa are committed to sourcing the very best in sustainable, good quality local meat and ingredients which are then used in every pack of Sozages. Not only does each sausage contain the very best cuts of meat, but Steve and Janessa also utilise the amazing Dorset countryside by including real vegetables and fruits creating a nutritious and delicious sausage.
Both Steve and Janessa are qualified chefs, with Steve having studied at the Cordon Blue School before working in a range of top kitchens, including the Savoy in London.
