It has been my goal to create and sell good quality pastries for people to enjoy that are baked in small batches to provide a consistent quality.
Classically trained as a chef I have specialised in pastry products for many years to prefect the art.
Both the flaky pastry and the sweet vanilla pastry used in our products have been favourites with family and friends for ages and they have been encouraging me to bring these products to the market for everyone to enjoy!
Our all butter pastry tarts and gluten free tarts are made by hand in Dorset, right on the Jurassic Coast. They have crumbly, tasty, melt in the mouth pastry - made from experience and with love!
