Spit cooked hog roast and lamb roasts, as well as sausages. All sourced from their own farm, their saddleback pigs and Dorset Downs Lambs are reared and cooked by the farmers.
They serve in rolls with apple sauce and stuffing, or mint sauce with the lamb.
They are keen to share their farming experiences with the consumer and answer any questions you may have. Being a small business they cook and carve the majority of the hog roasts ourselves so they can tell you the full story of their pigs, or any other part of their farming lives.
