Buckshaw Milk Sheep

We are a family run sheep farm in Mid Dorset, who milk our ewes and turn the milk produced into a variety of sheep's cheeses.
We do all the work ourselves, from milking the sheep to making and marketing the cheeses.
At present we make a semihard blue cheese (Buckshaw Blue), a strong unpressed white (Buckshaw White), a fresh curd feta type, less salty than your usual feta (Buckshaw Feta), and a soft curd cheese with flavourings of garlic, apricot or chives (Buckshaw Cottage).
