Everything at Absolute is homemade with care. Everything from gateaux, cheesecakes, and speciality desserts to all types of biscuits, tray-bakes and children's novelty cookies. Cake pops are always a hit on my stall at food festivals, along with my scrummy cheese straws and scones. I also make birthday cakes for any occasion.
I have been baking for over 25 years and now operate Absolute from my home by the River Stour on the Bournemouth/Christchurch border. My kitchen is registered with Bournemouth Borough Council and has a 5 rating. I also have a Level 2 food hygiene certificate.
